A Month of Coastal Discovery and Technical Precision
March has been a month defined by the shifting boundaries of the shoreline and the rigid constraints of the lens. As winter finally began to loosen its grip, I found myself balanced between two very different creative worlds: the start of a new, long-term exploration titled "Marginal Waters" and the ongoing, disciplined pursuit of the Alphabet Tech Photo Challenge.
Looking back through these images, the common thread is the shifting light of the Dumfries coast and the hidden geometry of the Alphabet Tech Challenge. Each image from my time in Dumfries represents a first step into 'Marginal Waters'—a project that already feels as fluid and unpredictable as the tides themselves.
